This workshop will be a great for kids to gain knowledge and perfect their skills. Come join us for our Teen Workshop: Braids

BraidsbyKiantre is currently looking for motivated young teens who are looking for advancement in the braiding industry. She wants to give them skills that would last them a lifetime. She always had a passion for creativity at a young age. At 5 years old, she had a strong admiration for doing hair. Being the owner of Eleven23 Beauty Studio, it has allowed Kiantre to engage in services to her customers and the community.
Accompanied by Beatzbykris, Award-winning makeup artist. Beatzbykris has been servicing the beauty industry for over 8 years. In that time, has helped local businesses launch and revamp their company. She will be going over the importance of marketing.
Light refreshments will be provided to kids.

•Must come at the scheduled time in order to attend class( We’re unable to swap classes or times for attendees)

My daughters have attended multiple sessions and have made so much progress. They both understood the basics but had issues with hand placement, consistency, and struggled with feeding in hair. Everytime they attend they’ve learned something new about braiding as well as socials media help. They can’t wait for the next class!
They taught my daughter nothing. I want a refund, gas reimbursement etc. They worked with children they had already been teaching for some time. A waste of time energy and resources. They played secular, cursing music while parents were not there and changed to clean music during pickup/dropoff

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel your daughter did not benefit from the braiding class. Our goal is always to create a positive and educational experience for every student, and we take concerns like yours seriously.
During our classes, we cover several foundational topics including sanitation practices, 1-hour long marketing with “Beatzbykris” , Introductions to braiding techniques such as knotless braids, feed-in braids, and box braids, along with proper parting techniques. Because braiding is a hands-on skill, some students may require multiple sessions to fully grasp the concepts we introduce during the class. We also provide lunch during our six-hour session to ensure students remain comfortable and engaged throughout the day.
Regarding the music, we occasionally allow students to suggest songs to help create a relaxed and welcoming environment. However, we closely monitor what is played and immediately change anything that we feel is not appropriate for the setting. Any of our clients and students can vouch for this.

Great class for the girls, they really enjoyed learning how to braided. And the atmosphere was great. They said the instructors really took their time teaching and helping them.
